If we’ve asked this question once, we’ve asked it a million times, but: where would we be without TikTok? We recently watched a video of a group of besties having what is called ‘board night’. At first, we thought this could be about board games, so we almost swiped to the next video until we saw that each girl was walking in with a different themed charcuterie board. So consider this your sign to start planning a board night with your best pals. Not sure what boards to create? We’ve can get you started.
One Word: Fries

Who doesn’t love a fry? (Or fifty fries?) There are a couple of different ways you can go with this; one option is to make several servings of a single base fry, this could be a sweet potato fry, steak fry, or basic thin-cut fry. Once your servings are done, toss a handful or two in a different seasoning per single serving, and once you’re done you’ll have a board of different flavored fries complete with various dipping sauces.
The other option? All different kinds of fries. Thin-cut, waffle, sweet potato, steak, curly, you name it. No matter how you construct your fry board, your friends will love it. Plus, fries go with everything so you don’t have to worry about what everybody else may bring.

Fajitas are great for a crowd anyway, and the idea of serving them on a board is simply genius. You can opt for as many different meats as you like such as steak, chicken, shrimp, and so on, you’ll also want to incorporate some vegetables such as peppers, onions, avocado, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, corn, whatever you and your friends like to put on fajitas, plus tortillas, cheese, and, of course, salsa, queso, and guac. Dare we suggest a board full of tequila shots?

We wish we could pull our sweet tooth, we really do, but we can’t. So a fruit and chocolate charcuterie board it is! The best part is there really isn’t a fruit out there that isn’t better dipped in or paired with chocolate. So go ahead and load the board up with berries, apples, citrus, and a rainbow of fruits, if you will. Then you’ll want to incorporate a chocolate dip, Ghiradelli squares, chocolate-dipped pretzels, and some of those sea salt caramel bits of deliciousness.
