When it comes to the interviewing process, there are many things that HR needs to consider. Someone’s work experience might look great on paper, but it isn’t until you see them and talk to them in an interview that you truly have the ability to understand whether or not they are fit for a certain position or not.
Normally when you are about to be interviewed, whether it is in person or online, you make sure you and your work look presentable. However, it seems like this guy didn’t get the memo… Can you imagine interviewing someone who didn’t even bother to close rather disturbing tabs on his computer? Yeah, not hiring material…
