#22: What in the World…
It is no secret that sometimes, in the workplace, there are certain situations that are more sensitive than others. Whilst some things might be easily resolved, others require slightly more attention and sensitivity in order to be resolved in a satisfactory and appropriate way.
We have no idea how HR would have dealt with this kind of situation… HR has to take every complaint seriously until they have sufficient evidence that it wasn’t… So what are they meant to do when they realize that these sorts of complaints aren’t based on reality and require help beyond their capacity?
