A lot of us have probably experienced some sort of fashion emergency at some point in our life, whether it was some spilled wine at a birthday dinner or major runs in a pair of tights on a winter’s day; the trick is knowing how to handle life’s little fashion emergencies, so we’re here today with a handful of our best clothing hacks.

If your jeans have a bit of an aroma to them, simply fold them up, place them in a Ziplock bag, and keep them in the fridge overnight to chill, this should get rid of that odor.
Crisp, white sneakers are super trendy right now, but as most of us have learned, it can be a little tricky keeping those white sneakers as crisp as we like. To clean your sneakers up real good, mix baking soda and detergent together to create a cleaning solution, and apply with a toothbrush. Once you wipe everything off, you should have a pair of crisp, whiter than white sneakers!
Don’t cry over spilled wine ever again! If you’re at dinner and you spill a little red wine all the way down the front of you, don’t fret! Simply ask for a glass of white wine, then gently blot the red wine spots until they’re gone. (Just make sure you aren’t rubbing the white wine into the red!)
If you fancy yourself a pair of tights kind of human, make sure to spray those tights down with some hairspray before wearing them as this will keep them from running.

Have you ever thrown a shirt out because it had pit stains? Well, quit that. From now on, before you toss a pit-stained tee into the trash, try spraying lemon juice on the garment before washing.
Hey ladies, this one is for you! This is for all the times you took a shirt off just to realize it had what looked like a ton of makeup all over the neckline; next time just use shaving cream to remove these stains.
If you have a shirt or dress with a plunging neckline, don’t shy away from propping the girls up with a little fabric tape.
If you’ve ever found yourself in a piece of clothing that would ideally be hemmed, use hot glue instead! Unless of course, you have time to just do it all. (Overachiever)
If you find yourself at the store on the search for jeans, but don’t really feel like going to the fitting room, just take the jeans and see if the waistband will wrap comfortably around your neck. If they do, nab ’em, if not, go up or down a size accordingly.
