The Napping Place
This corner nook is charming, with the gorgeous, full window and the tempting bookcase. However, our feelings change once we notice the (lack of) floor. What was the thought process here? To create an inviting spot to lay, read, and perhaps take a nap? It’s a neat idea, but we regret to say this doesn’t work for us.
For starters, how can we be entirely positive that it’s safe? We would be terrified of one of the ropes snapping and dropping us down to the bottom level. And it doesn’t look easy to walk on to select a book from the shelves, either. Overall, we get that they were trying to create an indoor hammock, but there are safer ways to do it.
