Excuse Me, There’s a Face on My T-Shirt
The human brain is a fascinating thing, possibly one of the smartest things that we have ever encountered. Even after all our scientific advancements, we understand relatively little about it. One of the most interesting aspects is called pareidolia – the tendency to perceive or interpret a meaningful conclusion from a visually vague stimulus.
What this means is that us humans are really good at seeing faces in the world around us when there is no face in reality. This assortment of red shirts does just that and we can see not only the eyes, nose, and mouth, but also a well defined chin which makes us think that this is actually just a person made of cloth!
