#37: Mind the Plug
Plugging our devices in for charging isn’t something we often think about. We just do it, but we don’t focus on it as an action. Instead, we grab our charger, grab our device, pop it in and run on to the next thing we’re doing. But we really should slow down for the sake of our gadgets.

When we recklessly shove our charger into the slot in our phones, we’re probably doing minor damage every time. Unfortunately, this minor damage will build up over time, causing significant problems with our charging port. In addition, forceful insertion of the charger each time can end up loosening the charger port; if it gets too loose, you won’t be able to charge it at all, eventually.
