The oddest things in life are discovered by people, usually by accident, like this potato sprout trying to escape from itself. This discovery should be made into a special episode of Stranger Things. Or maybe a show about cooking, or a nature show.

We believe this photo can be used to develop the plot of a children’s animated movie. It looks like a tiny potato man on the run! Seriously though, would you go ahead and cook a potato like this? We think it should be stored and displayed in a glass cabinet. What would you do if you found a potato like this one? Roast it? Fry it, maybe?
