#41: Upper Management Blues
We’ve all had to deal with management that is totally out of touch with how a company actually works. They’re in meetings all day while you’re slogging through. You know the day-to-day operations like the back of your hand. That’s why it can be extremely frustrating when upper management tries to make changes that you know will never work.
One person shared their frustration about a situation like this at their job. They didn’t share details, but they can’t stand how bad their giant company is at fixing basic problems. Even if a solution is laid out for them, upper management can’t seem to nail the delivery. They mean well, but their actions speak louder than words. Time to look for another job!
