Slug Collector
For those that have a slug problem in their backyard garden, this trick is for you. Get a bunch of tennis balls, slice them in half, and place the halves around your garden in strategic locations. The next time it rains, slugs and other garden pests will congregate around the tennis ball halves.
We have no idea why this works, but it does. It might have something to do with the color, or maybe the tennis ball halves collect rainwater for slugs to drink. When the little guys make their way onto the halved balls, pick the halved balls up and chuck them somewhere far away from your garden. Or you can keep the slugs as pets—your choice.
