#17: Keep Your Kale
You aren’t alone if you’ve recently discovered kale for its incredible health benefits! We love to buy kale regularly to use in salads, smoothies, and even for making kale chips! However, sometimes we overestimate at the grocery store and buy too much kale; we just don’t commit to making those kale chips as we had hoped to.

When that happens, you’ll notice that the kale begins to wilt and die; then there’s nothing to be done but throw it in the compost bin, right? Wrong! You can quickly revive limp kale by cutting off the bottoms of the stems, putting them in a container filled with water, and letting them sit in the refrigerator for a while. Your kale will revive, as good as new.
