#16: Avoid Disposable
Sure, disposable items are super convenient. They are very light, making them easy to carry, and it’s great to be able to throw them away when you are done, so you don’t need to carry them around or even wash them. But disposable items are a large portion of our landfills today, and we just can’t keep using them at this rate.

Use reusable items. They are easy to incorporate into your daily routine: reusable bags when you grocery shop, for example, are easy to store in your car and grab as you head into the store. Instead of a plastic spoon in your lunchbox, why not use a regular spoon? And bringing your travel mug when you head out for coffee can make a significant impact by reducing paper coffee cups.
