While the imagery is a bit off, you really need good food so you won’t get sick from junk food. Vitamins and nutrients keep your body’s metabolism functioning at peak ability, so lining your stomach with the good stuff is always a good idea. If this works for spinach, I’m calling it a slam dunk.
My toddler once got car sick after eating two mini donuts, and I still tell her that she can only have one donut because otherwise, her tummy will riot. She hasn’t quite figured out that even without donuts, her belly doesn’t like car rides, but that’s okay! It works.
