How to connect with Millennials
Do you know what the most unrealistic thing about scary movies is? It’s not the slasher-style villain that’s trying to take out an entire group of high schoolers. Nor is it the ghost in the attic that’s playing Mambo No. 5 on the home’s HVAC system. It’s how the family in horror movies can afford to purchase a brand-new home.
Seriously, in this economy, how can a 20 or 30-something adult buy their own home? If Hollywood really wanted to appeal to Millennials, they should show a poltergeist randomly flipping over someone’s avocado toast while they sit alone in front of a computer in their one-bedroom apartment.
