If you asked someone what they do for work, they would probably tell you their job title or even explain a little about their daily responsibilities. What you probably won’t get is people telling you all about the overarching, multinational company that employs them at a specific location unless you probe a little further.

1.5 million people is a lot of people, and it’s mind-blowing to consider how many people work behind the scenes to make Walmart operate smoothly behind all the employees we see in stores. The problem with this data is that Walmart owns a variety of branches like Sam’s Club. Walmart even owned the UK supermarket chain Asda until pretty recently.
