Save the Onion Peels
Those of you who cook a lot must know the trouble of disposing of the vegetable tops and peels after cooking. The best and purely waste-free way of putting away the vegetable skins like those of onions is to make stock from them which can then be used for risotto.

Doing this will give you a chance to make something useful out of them and prevent you from polluting your neighborhood by throwing away the leftover vegetables. Boil all the bits and scraps of your vegetables, blend and cool them down before freezing.
