Firewood Organizer
If you’re lucky enough to have a fireplace in your home or cabin, you know that storing logs can be difficult and unappealing. Cinder blocks can help you organize your firewood into a nice mound. You won’t have to worry about the wood taking up space with this storage solution.
Place four wooden boards at a 45° angle into the cinder block aperture. Fill the remaining space with kindling or logs once they’re securely jammed between the blocks. Keep in mind that the firewood must be kept dry. You can help quicken the seasoning process by storing your lumber in a dry place or about 10 feet from a blazing fire.
