Collect Rainwater
For the average traveler, rain is a huge let-down, but not to those who ride around in caravans. Rainwater is perfectly good for doing laundry and washing dishes, but you have to collect the stuff first. You could open up the lid of your water container, but if you have pots, pans, and other containers, you should fill them up, too.
Just leave whatever containers you have outdoors without their lids. If you can brave it, dump the containers in your water container and fill them back up. Just note that rainwater may not be safe for drinking, even if you collected it from the sky. Boil it before using it for cooking or drinking.
