Save Your Favorite Nail Polish
There comes a very sad time for every nail polish bottle when it gets old and is no longer smooth and glossy. Instead, it becomes clumpy and gooey; in other words, impossible to brush on. It’s extra tragic when it just so happens to be your favorite nail color. Sure, you can buy another one, but it’s such a waste.

Thankfully, you don’t need to give up hope just yet. Pour a couple of drops of acetone nail polish remover into your bottle, and shake it up. Test the consistency. You may need to add a few drops more to get it in useable shape again, but this thinning out will eventually allow you to get a few more manicures from your favorite bottle.
