Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble: Halloween Punch Recipes

October 15, 2022 by Jesse Olson

There’s no wrong time for a spooky gathering and while we’re down for one all year round, we anticipate being invited to more spooky gatherings during this time of the year. Whether you’re hosting a ghostly affair or you signed up to supply punch for one, we’ve put together some of our favorite punch recipes that are scary good. Oh, and these are all kid-friendly punch recipes. We’ll get to the cocktails later. Let’s get started!

Fizzy Potion

This berry delicious mocktail is made with cranberry juice, grape juice, sparkling water, and blackberries. To make it a little extra creepy, we like to serve this punch in a glass or plastic beaker to make it look like a spooky little science experiment. Maybe (definitely) throw in some plastic eyeballs too. Get the full recipe here!

Black Widow Venom

What’s creepier than creepy crawlies? This black widow venom punch is made with berry punch, pineapple orange juice, ginger ale, ice, and of course, plenty of spiders. We like to serve this punch up in a clear glass with a plastic spider ring garnish. If your punch doesn’t look enough like blood for your liking, don’t be shy, add some red food coloring to get just the bloody hue you’re looking for. Get the full recipe here!

Halloween Punch

Okay, if you’re looking for something a little less creepy and a little more colorful, like maybe for younger boys and ghouls, then this Halloween punch should do the trick. All you need is green Gatorade, Sprite or 7-Up, and sour gummy worms. We love to serve these in clear plastic punch cups because they’re just so colorful. You can make these a little ~extra~ by giving them a sugar sprinkle rim. Get the full recipe here!

Jack-O-Lantern

This is another great punch recipe for the little ones and all you need is orange soda and vanilla ice cream. We recommend having a table with cups and markers so guests can draw their own jack-o-lantern faces because it’s a party, after all, right? If you aren’t fond of orange, instead nab a green soda and lime ice cream to make Frankenstein’s punch, or grape soda and vanilla ice cream to make witches brew. Get the full recipe here!

 Berry Bloody

We had to leave you on a creepy note, of course. This berry bloody punch is made with cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, ice, and raspberries. Now, if you want to get extra creepy, fill a few latex gloves with water, freeze them, and you’ve got frozen hands as ice cubes. Maybe throw in some eyeballs too because why not? Get the full recipe here!
