38 Design Mishaps That Led to Some Hilarious Mixed Messages

Christmas is a magical time: cuddling under warm sweaters and blankets and watching beloved Christmas movies, drinking hot cocoa and other wintery drinks, spending time with family, and, of course, unwrapping the presents on Christmas morning! However, it also provides lots of opportunities for design mistakes and confusing signs.

Dario Pieber Milkpitcher tried to get creative and help people get in that Christmas spirit; for a “latte art” champion, I would’ve expected them to do a better job. It’s clear that they tried to spell Merry Xmas, but the placement of the letters on the alternating cups of coffee makes it awfully confusing. Thankfully, nothing can ruin Christmas for us, not even this.
