#18: Pure Procrastination
Let’s face it; work can be hard and tedious, but at the end of the day, it has to be done. A boss has to make sure that the work not only gets done but that it’s correct. The boss usually has their own work to do too, which is why time management skills are a must-have for any boss of any company.
This boss seemed to be allergic to… well… doing his job. Rather than finding the time or resources to do a task, he simply wouldn’t do it and left his employees to clean up his messes. He was the pure essence of procrastination. Although, it technically isn’t procrastination if you just never do it.
